WHAT WILL BE SOLD (PLEASE LIST ALL ANIMALS AND SUPPLIES/EQUIPMENT IF APPLICABLE.
SPACE IS $20 FOR THE WEEKEND IF PRE-REGISTERED, $40 ON THE DAY OF SALE IF SPACE AVAILABLE. RESERVE SPACE EARLY, THERE ARE A LIMITED NUMBER OF ENCLOSED STALLS AND PENS AVAILABLE AT NO EXTRA CHARGE ON A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED BASIS.
ALL ANIMALS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN OFFICIAL VETERINARIAN CERTIFICATE OF HEALTH WITHIN 30 DAYS, EQUINE AND MEET ALL STATE REGULATION. ALL EQUINE MUST HAVE A NEGATIVE COGGINS., FOR COMPLETE LIST SEE REGULATIONS PAGE.	WE MUST MAINTAIN XEROX COPIES OF ALL HEALTH PAPERS AND COPIES OF REGISTRATION PAPERS IN OUR FILE. BRING COPIES OR THEY CAN BE MADE THE DAY OF SALE FOR $1 PER DOCUMENT.

*Animals, merchandise, etc. on the exposition premises are at the seller’s risk and

his/her responsibility.

*Transactions are solely between the seller and the buyer.

* Sale management reserves the right to make such modifications as may be necessary

to meet the needs.

*Seller hereby releases sale management, Lucky Eleven Farm and its principals

from any and all claims, losses, liabilities or other obligations for any injuries,

damages, or losses or impairment to person, animal or property of seller or the

public arising out of, resulting from or incurred during Tennessee Animal/Pet Expo Swap & Sell.
