SPACE IS AVAILABLE ON A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED BASIS, LIMITED NUMBER OF STALLS AND ENCLOSED PENS AT NO CHARGE. 

Pre-registration is $20.  Late registration on the day of sale (provided space is available) will be $40.

ALL ANIMALS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN OFFICIAL VETERINARIAN CERTIFICATE OF HEALTH WITHIN 30 DAYS, EQUINE AND MEET ALL  STATE REGULATION.  ALL EQUINE MUST HAVE  A NEGATIVE COGGINS., FOR COMPLETE LIST SEE REGULATIONS PAGE. WE MUST MAINTAIN XEROX COPIES OF ALL HEALTH PAPERS AND COPIES OF REGISTRATION PAPERS IN OUR FILE.  BRING COPIES OR THEY CAN BE MADE THE DAY OF SALE FOR $1 PER DOCUMENT.

*Sale management reserves the right to accept or reject any application for exhibit

space.

*Seller must adhere to the rules and regulations set forth by Expo management

and comply with applicable local, state and federal laws.

*Space will be reserved as paid applications are received.

*Animals, merchandise, etc. on the exposition premises are at the seller’s risk and

his/her responsibility.

*Transactions are solely between the seller and the buyer.

* Sale management reserves the right to make such modifications as may be necessary

to meet the needs of the sale..

*Seller hereby releases Sale management, Lucky Eleven Farm and its principals

from any and all claims, losses, liabilities or other obligations for any injuries,

damages, or losses or impairment to person, animal or property of Exhibitors or the

public arising out of, resulting from or incurred during  Tennessee Animal/Pet Expo Swap & Sell.
