Advertisers have several options in how their advertisement room is created.  Please read our Advertisers Terms of Service and then choose an option below. Please read all options fully before going on to the Animal Advertiser Form.

bulletText Only Ad: Email Us to describe what words you want put in your stall.  Be sure to give your contact information and tell us whether you would like to be placed in the General Store or Co-Op. We will then add your text in the appropriate spot and publish it within 10 days of receipt of all information. You can choose to add a picture later and send the picture if and when you decide to add a picture or pictures.  Be sure to resubmit the text you would like with your ad.

Be sure to give your contact information and tell us whether you would like to be placed in the General Store or Co-Op. Attach your pictures to the email or you can send them my regular mail with a self addressed stamped envelope ( to be scanned and returned to you promptly). We will then create your ad with your text and pictures and publish it within 10 days of receipt of all information. Ad banners are also accepted is some cases, be sure to include the address you would like your banner linked to.

 

Advertisers Terms of Service

Lucky 11 Farm acts as advertising agent only.  All guarantees, agreements, and contact about the purchase or shipment of the items are between buyer and seller.  Shipping is at the expense of buyer or seller.  At the present time there is a small charge for this service, and the seller agrees to pay the advertising subscription and is responsible for making sure payment is received immediately upon application and again by the renewal date. Renewal dates are calculated from the date the advertisement is published on the website. An email will be sent to notify the seller that the advertisement is available on the Lucky 11 Farm International Market Place and of the renewal date according to which subscription, whether 3 month term, 6 month or 1 year term, was purchased. All advertisement subscriptions that have not been renewed by payment within 15 days of the renewal date will be removed from the site.  Lucky 11 Farm  may reject your application or pictures if we determine (in our sole discretion) that your business, picture, or customized graphic is unsuitable for the Lucky 11 web site for any reason, including, but not limited to, inclusion of content of pictures or actions of your business that is in any way unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable. Birth dates are required. Any person under the age of 18 must have parental consent to authorize Lucky 11 Farm as their advertising agent.

Indemnification
You hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless us and our affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents, from and against any and all liability, claims, losses, damages, injuries or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) relating to the development, operation, maintenance and contents of your advertisement site.

Independent Investigation
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT AND AGREE TO ALL ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT WE MAY AT ANY TIME (DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY) SOLICIT ADVERTISING CUSTOMERS ON TERMS THAT MAY DIFFER FROM THOSE CONTAINED IN THIS AGREEMENT OR OPERATE ADVERTISING  SITES THAT ARE SIMILAR TO OR COMPETE WITH YOUR WEB SITE. YOU HAVE INDEPENDENTLY EVALUATED THE DESIRABILITY OF PARTICIPATING IN THE PROGRAM AND ARE NOT RELYING ON ANY REPRESENTATION, GUARANTEE, OR STATEMENT OTHER THAN AS SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT.
