Shipping is at the expense of buyer or seller but upon request Lucky 11 Farm will assist in making transportation arrangements. Lucky 11 Farm may reject your application if we determine (in our sole discretion) that your actions are unsuitable for any reason, including, but not limited to, inclusion of actions or content that is in any way unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable. Birthdates are required. Any person under the age of 18 must have parental consent to authorize Lucky 11 Farm as their agent..
Indemnification
You hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless us and our affiliates,
directors, officers, employees and agents, from and against any and all
liability, claims, losses, damages, injuries or expenses (including reasonable
attorneys' fees) relating to the development, operation, maintenance and
contents of our web site or our services.
Independent Investigation
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT AND AGREE TO ALL ITS TERMS AND
CONDITIONS. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT WE MAY AT ANY TIME (DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY)
SOLICIT ADVERTISING CUSTOMERS ON TERMS THAT MAY DIFFER FROM THOSE CONTAINED IN
THIS AGREEMENT OR OPERATE ADVERTISING SITES THAT ARE SIMILAR TO OR COMPETE
WITH YOUR WEB SITE. YOU HAVE INDEPENDENTLY EVALUATED THE DESIRABILITY OF
PARTICIPATING IN THE PROGRAM AND ARE NOT RELYING ON ANY REPRESENTATION,
GUARANTEE, OR STATEMENT OTHER THAN AS SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT.
